Guy Ackernley is Managing Director of Development and Residential at award-winning regeneration company Urban Splash. In nearly a decade in his role, Guy has been instrumental in helping Urban Splash deliver hundreds of new homes in neighbourhoods across the country, including Park Hill in Sheffield, Port Loop in Birmingham, and New Islington in Manchester. Each of these projects offers homes for various tenures in vibrant, growing communities. With over 205years of experience in the residential property industry, Guy’s expertise is well-established. Before joining Urban Splash, he worked at King Sturge and later JLL, where he founded the residential agency business in Leeds in 2004, specialising in land, investment, valuation, development sales, lettings, and residential property management.
