Mary-Anne is founder of The Ringley Group who are UK wide Asset and Property Managers, own Una Living their BTR delivery platform and who provide a range of Professional Services and have circa £12Bn AUM. She is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Surveyor, and Strategic Adviser to the Housing Growth Partnership and advises full development lifecycle: underwriting, unit mix, efficiency, layout, mobilisation, lease-up, stabilisation and exit. She is a regular industry commentator and panellist on all things residential real estate including the building safety agenda.
