Rosie has been working as a consultant in the BTR sector for over 8 years across the UK and Europe. She is a qualified architect and her focus is on “bed sector” design and planning. Since founding Studio Ashton in 2023, she has worked with clients such as MRP (McAleer & Rushe Property), Marks & Spencer Property, Northern Ireland Housing Executive, and CBRE. Her consultancy work helps investors and developers educate planning authorities and local councils on the benefits of BTR for a specific site, as well as providing detailed comparable studies and peer reviews where she assists the main architects in ensuring the optimal design for the market is developed.

Rosie is also an RIBA Architecture Ambassador in her spare time, where she visits local schools in order to inform the students about careers in the built environment.
