Rachel is an advisor in residential investment, with an extensive track record at a senior level in structuring development funding, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions and business strategy. Until recently she was the UK-wide Investment Director at HGP, the specialist residential equity investor into developments across the range of living sectors that is part of Lloyds Banking Group. At HGP she led on the formation of Made Partnership and strategic partnerships with Thriving Investments and Kier, amongst others. She has worked in private equity investing in operational residential businesses, and spent thirteen years at Grosvenor, including as Head of New Investment and Head of Strategy. Rachel sits on the Board of Soho Housing, is a Chartered Surveyor and has degrees from Cambridge and Reading Universities.
