Jacqui joined Savills research in 2006, specialising in the residential Investment markets including PRS, multifamily and student. Jacqui works in the research and consultancy team directing outputs on Investment and occupier markets in the residential space. She supports investors by developing their strategies, helping them define their Investment criteria, performance assumptions, and exit strategies. She is involved in preparing fund raising presentations, launching new REITs and helping to underwrite Investment deals. Her work has helped many US multifamily investors enter the UK build to rent market. She also provides research on local markets to inform and support individual transactions, reporting on PRS market segmentation, target locations and market absorption rates. On the policy side, she works with the BPF, GLA, DCLG and the ULI to advise government on policies related to rental markets.
