Dave is head of Social and Supported Housing, Business & Commercial Banking at Lloyds Bank. He has spent a large proportion of his career working within real estate and housing coverage businesses and more latterly, sector led strategy developing partnerships with critical stakeholders and agencies to stimulate SME housebuilding. Aligned to the groups public commitments to catalyse the delivery 1m social rent homes, Dave is responsible for the delivery of capital to small and medium NFP housing providers.
