Paddy is CEO of Kinetic Capital, an alternative debt financing platform specialising in the Operational Living sector. Paddy has held previous roles with Colliers, GSA and Principal Europe, and has nearly 20 years of experience across funds management, capital raising, transactions, and platform creation. He also co-founded the venture capital backed proptech business, acasa, which was sold to Goodlord in 2021, and chairs Pathways to Property, an initiative seeking to increase ED&I across the real estate industry.
