Rick is the Chief Executive Officer of Get Living, the UK’s leading Build-to-Rent operator of large-scale residential neighbourhoods. He has more than 40 years of experience developing and investing in real estate, as well as managing residential and commercial properties. Rick has a particular passion for urban regeneration and neighbourhood creation, and previously acted as CEO of United House Group and as CEO of MEPC; both of which he founded.
