Paul is passionate about creating thriving new mixed-use neighbourhoods and has extensive experience of working with major stakeholders, including local authorities, landowners, public institutions and government bodies, overseeing the delivery of many thousands of homes across the UK. As the CEO of Dorchester Group, he has overall responsibility for the regeneration of Heyford Park, an award-winning housing development located on the site of the former RAF Upper Heyford near Bicester, Prince Philip Barracks in Hampshire collaborating with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (2,400 homes), and Bayswater Brook in Oxford working in partnership with the University of Oxford (1,450 homes). He is also CEO of Heyford Regeneration, a registered provider of affordable and social housing at Heyford Park.
