Eleanor spent over 20 years advising developers on complex brownfield redevelopment while at JLL, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield before joining the family business, Deeley Group, in 2019 – just in time for Covid! Deeley Group is a Midlands based developer and contractor founded almost 90 years ago by Eleanor’s Grandfather, to build air raid shelters and rebuild Coventry and is now a cross sector business with a particular specialism in later life living. Deeley Group is a community developer committed to improving the community and the lives of those within it, through the way it delivers projects and the legacy they leave. Eleanor has led the business on a new strategy for growth through residential development and delivery, and especially later life living. . She is also a Non-Exec Director of East Midlands Development Company, she sits on the Parliamentary Liaison Group for Housing and is a Commissioner for the West Midlands Chamber of Commerce.
