James is Head of Operational Real Estate at global investment manager abrdn who have over €10bn of Living assets under management. Formerly the Head of UK transactions overseeing c. £3bn of transactions p.a., James brings over 25 years of experience to the role of expanding abrdn’s investment into operational real estate asset classes. He has a particular focus on the residential sector and leads on the abrdn side of the partnership with John Lewis Partnership to develop out their BTR ambitions of developing and managing 10,000 homes in the UK.
