Ebb&Flow is a 598-home, Build-to-Rent development in the heart of Reading providing a range of apartments from studios, 1-bed, 2-bed,2-bed duplexes and 3-bed homes to meet the wide-ranging demand for town centre living from younger single professionals to working families.

Ebb&Flow forms the residential phase of the wider 2.5 million sq ft (232,257 sq m) Station Hill mixed-use development, which will include a total of 625,000 sq ft (58,064 sq m) of best-in-class office space and up to 1,300 homes when complete.
