Nick is an Architect and Board Director at Whittam Cox Architects. With a career spanning over 27 years, his expertise lies in collaborating closely with clients in the regeneration of urban areas and the creation of sustainable environments.
He has a particularly strong interest in the continual evolution of student living design and the maturing Built to Rent sector. His knowledge of multi-generational rental living brings a unique, invaluable and often innovative approach to projects,
to ensure maximum value is achieved for his clients throughout all aspects of the design and construction process.
Nick is a strong advocate of sustainability and MMC. He is a Trustee for MOBIE (Ministry of Building Innovation and Education), an education charity set up by TV Architect George Clarke. His current projects include Brent Cross Town and a new Student Village at Royal Holloway, University of London.
