Delegate Information
It is the booker's responsibility to ensure they have input the correct information.

Confirmation
All delegate bookings will be confirmed by email within 5 working days.  If you do not receive confirmation of your entry/booking, please contact Lucie.Abberley@metropolis.co.uk
The confirmation email will include a receipt of your payment or a copy of your invoice.

Payment
Payment is due immediately, you can pay by BACS transfer, cheque or credit card. Payments by BACS or cheque are made to Taylor Bennett Partners LLP who are the registration company authorised to accept payments on behalf of Property Week. These payments will then be passed back, in full, to Metropolis Int. Group Ltd. Credit card payments will go to Metropolis Int. Group Ltd directly via SagePay.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing to resi@eventbooking.uk.com.

Cancellations received up to and including 14/07/2018 will be subject to a 25% administration fee.

Cancellations received up to and including 14/08/2018 will be subject to a 50% administration fee (if paid in full you will be refunded minus the administration fee.

If unpaid the invoice will be re-issued for payment of the cancellation fee only)

Cancellations received after 14/08/2018 (usually a month before) are subject to full payment is this invoice is unpaid and no refunds will be made for payments already received.

Substitutions may be made at any time by contacting the organisers in writing at resi@eventbooking.uk.com


If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid.  We do not, however, accept liability for traveling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event those lie solely with the delegate.  

Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Special requirements
Any dietary requirements, access requirements or any other special requests must be made known to the event organiser two weeks prior to the event. If not we cannot confirm that we will be able to accommodate them. Any additional charges incurred for special requests will be passed on to the delegate where reasonable.

Lighting and special effects
It is the table booker’s responsibility to inform guest(s) that special effects, including strobe lighting, may be used on the night.

Alterations
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the venue or the date of the event. We will give you as much notice as we can and your booking will be transferred to the new venue or date.

DATA PROTECTION 

Metropolis Group respects the privacy of every person for whom we have personal data. We comply with data protection legislation such as the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation which regulates the processing of data and ensures that your data is processed fairly and lawfully, is kept secure and only that data necessary for any processing is kept.
