Regeneration Brainery is a social mobility programme for brilliant young minds, designed to get young people from disadvantaged and diverse backgrounds inspired about a career in property and regeneration so that the places we create are better, richer, and more reflective of the society we live in.

The inspirational careers programme works with over 4,000 young people a year across the UK, giving them unique insights into the industry through weeklong workshops, work placements, mentoring opportunities and networking events. Regeneration Brainery is making the industry more diverse, increasing job awareness, combatting the lack of effective work experience, and tackling the skills shortage within the property industry.
