After careful consideration, RESi360 will take place as planned on 20 and 21 September.

On Monday 19 September, we also invite our participants to come together for an informal supper. This event replaces the VIP cocktail party originally planned for the evening. All participants in London on the day are invited and we hope to welcome many of you. Further details will be announced shortly.

For anyone looking to stay at the Royal Lancaster London or at another conveniently located hotel, we've negotiated preferential rates. You can find details and the link to book directly on our venues page!

UPDATE (12 September) - only a few rooms are left and we no longer can guarantee accommodation.  Premium Tickets are available on a strictly first come first served basis.

One of our highest priorities is the well-being of our delegates and participants, and we are adjusting our events to fit within the new normal. We are reviewing health and safety processes on an ongoing basis and have implemented new protocols.

We aim to provide peace of mind from event check-in to event check-out. To find out more, please view the emap live event guide and the emap secure policy.

Making our events more sustainable is very important to us and a key consideration when selecting venues and suppliers, as well as building the programme and activities. Here are just a few examples of what we're doing:

  • We've ditched almost all paper
  • We're using a mobile app for the programme
  • We encourage sustainable transportation a
  • We're working with dinner venues that use seasonal and locally sourced food
  • We're skipping the swag bag
  • We offer online tickets for those who are most seriously watching their carbon footprint
