With 25 years of experience in land acquisition and planning spanning both the private and public sectors, Sam now leads the three regional Land and Planning teams for Abri, one of the South’s largest Housing Associations. Utilising a partnership based approach, Sam has led the team to secure nearly 6,000 new homes for Abri’s pipeline over the last five years, including five corporate joint ventures, and has ambitious targets for further growth. He has a keen interest in Nutrient Neutrality, political engagement in the planning process, all things viability and sits on two LLP’s boards.
